Akwasi Aboagye, A radio personality has again challenged the Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale over alleged 80,000 pounds the artist claimed he received from 80,000 pounds from the Ghana Music Awards UK (GMAUK).
Earlier after Shatta Wale openly disclosed the amount he charged for the performance, the presenter Aboagye claimed that Shatta Wale did not receive the amount he is mentioning.
According to the presenter, ” No Ghanaian organizer will pay a musician 80,000 pounds as a performance fee”.
New development coming from the presenter has claimed that he stood by his opinion of not agreeing with the musician’s money received.
I still stand by my statement. Go ahead to insult me, that is the only thing you can do.
Meanwhile the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Award scheme, Mr Alordia has commented that Shatta Wale is saying the right amount. He actually received the said amount for his performance.
Shatta Wale drove home with all the five awards he was nominated for.
