Fast rising Ghanaian Highlife artiste, Peter Famiyeh Bozah, known in showbiz as Fameye has pokes celebrities who participated in (#OccupyJulorbiHouseas Clout chasers.
The former OGB Music artist disclosed on Bryt TV that individuals who played a vital role in the demonstration (#OccupyJulorbiHouse had their own hidden agendas towards the protest.
Fameye states that he was criticized for not attending the protest like his fellow celebs took to their shoulders to make the protest successful. He said that most of them went there purposely for clouts and in fact to create content for their social media page to generate income.
The VGMA’s songwriter of the year later acknowledged that some people including most celebrities went there genuinely to express their feeling towards the current state of Ghana’s economy but some also were there for content.
Though, there were content creators faking at the scene but you could notice some of them are tired of the poor economy and hardship; he added.
Ghana superstar, the BET award winner Stone Bwoy, Kwaw Kese, Efia Odo, and etc. were there to promote the agenda for the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo to see how the youth are suffering from unemployment.
This movement #OccupyJulorbiHouse’ started on social media to show the hardship in Ghana and a call against poor management of Ghana’s economy.
The three days protest begins with police brutality. The remaining two days were successful and had many celebrities joining. It actually took place daily and night shift, A whole 72 hours was sleepless.
The legendary Okyeame Kwame and Fameye were some of the prominent people who were backlashed during and after the protest for not including themselves to the agenda.
